Purpose of the phase:

In this phase further resouces can be collected by the advisors. The peer coaching facilitator moderates this process and asks all advisors to contribute (if possible). The client only listens/reads.

Process assistance (peer coaching facilitator):

  • Resources are useful support systems for the client to demand for solution finding and implementation. These can be e.g. family, friends, collagues, organization, but also moments of happiness (e.g. birth of own child), moments of success (e.g. good results in a marathon, achievements on work), nature experiences (e.g. thunderstorm, shooting stars) or other things that give the client stength and make him or her happy.
  • The resources do not need to have a straight connection to the current problem.

Possible questions:

  • What else resources were mentioned before that you (the advisors) find useful?
  • What resources would you (the advisors) use?
  • Please do not post solutions yet.
  • Please focus on the resources of the client.
